I really like how you've emphasised how special this piece is through the closeness, the central positioning and the way we can't help but be focused on it from the vignette and all.. I think the bokeh behind it adds further depth to things, too.
I do feel that it could be better positioned, but I can understand how difficult it was, if you were wearing this whilst you took it and all...
